METAL WORKING FLUIDS

Premier Poly-Cut is a cutting fluid made by Tullco, Inc.. It’s a polymer lubricant and coolant for the metal and plastics industries. Premier Poly-Cut has antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. It’s non-carcinogenic and contains no known or suspected carcinogens.

Quaker Houghton FERROCOTE 61A US is a rust preventative that protects metal surfaces during storage. It can be applied by dip or spray and provides up to six months of indoor protection. It meets South Coast Air Quality Management (SCAQMD) VOC limits.
Ferrocote 61A US is a water-based, synthetic mill oil. It can be used as a final protection or during the manufacturing process.

Zeller+Gmelin’s Multical M 3 is a calibration lubricant for forming. It has a density of 820 kg/m3 at 15°C and a viscosity of 6.5 mm2/s at 20°C.

Quaker Houghton Dromus B US is a general purpose soluble oil for light to moderate duty machining on a wide range of materials. It is a conventionally formulated oil with a high mineral oil content that forms a rich milky emulsion.

Shell Water-Glycol S2 C 46 is a fire-resistant hydraulic fluid that offers corrosion protection. It is also recognized by FM Global as a less flammable industrial fluid.

Multidraw 73 is a lubricant made by Zeller+Gmelin. It’s a non-water-miscible punching and drawing oil that’s used for processing aluminum profiles. It’s a transparent, odor-neutral mixture of paraffinic hydrocarbons that evaporates residue-free. Multidraw 73 is used in rapid-machining centers to fabricate aluminum profiles for windows and doors.

Houghton Garia 421M-12 is a light-colored, low-viscosity cutting oil. It’s anti-misting, phosphorous and chlorine free, and contains active sulfur. It’s designed for use in moderate to severe machining operations. It’s particularly suited for deep hole drilling and grinding.

HOUGHTO-SAFE 419-R is a water glycol type fire-resistant hydraulic fluid. It is designed to meet the requirements of modern industrial hydraulic systems.

Total Lactuca LT 3000 S is a biodegradable, metalworking fluid that can be used for metal forming and honing. It is a macro-emulsion that is chlorine-free and suitable for machining copper alloys and mild steels. It is easy to use, as it can be poured into water. It has excellent cooling and lubricating power and can protect machined parts. The recommended rate of use is 3 to 7%.

Houghton Rust Veto 4214-W is a solvent-based rust preventative. It is a hydraulic fluid that is stable in wet conditions, especially where there is alkaline, acid, or solvent. Rust Veto 4214-W is a thin, water-displacing fluid that can resist alkaline, acid, and solvent emulsion cleaner carry-over.
