METAL WORKING FLUIDS

Zubora 65 H Extra is a water-miscible, semi-synthetic, high-performance cooling lubricant. It is boron-free and based on mineral oil. The special formulation makes it particularly bio-stable.

Zeller+Gmelin’s Multicut Basic 20 Extra is a non-water-miscible, high-alloyed cutting oil with low viscosity. It’s made from mineral oils with low aromatic content.

Shell Water-Glycol S2 CX 46 is a fire-resistant hydraulic fluid that is ISO 12922 HFC compliant and “FM Approved”. It is designed for use in industrial equipment. The fluid is formulated with 42–44% water.

Shell Water-Glycol S3 CX 46 is a fire-resistant hydraulic fluid. It is recognized by FM Global as a less flammable industrial fluid.
Water-glycol fluids are a mixture of water, ethylene or diethylene glycol, a high molecular weight polyglycol, and an additive package. They usually contain 38 to 45 percent water. These fluids are often red or pink to help identify them.

Houghton MarTemp 355 is a high-performance, accelerated hot quenching oil. It’s designed for hot oil quenching applications where a high cooling rate is needed to achieve the optimum hardness and physical properties. It’s suitable for use at temperatures of up to 375oF (190oC).

Houghton Aqua-Quench 245 is a bio-stable polymer quenchant that comes in a 5 gallon pail. It is designed for induction hardening and immersion quenching of higher hardenability steel alloys. The product is hazy in color and has a flash point of 0°F.

Houghton Macron EDM 130 is a dielectric fluid and high-quality electrical discharge machining oil. It’s a universal eroding oil that’s suitable for processing non-ferrous metals. It can be used with all standard electrode materials, such as copper or graphite.

Houghton Cut-Max V10-EPS is a cutting oil that can be used for non-ferrous and alloyed steels in the turned parts industry.

Houghton Cerfa-Kleen 5502 is a liquid detergent soak cleaner that can be used for soak, vibratory, and barrel cleaning operations. It’s a concentrated, heavy-duty alkaline cleaning compound that can remove cutting oils. It’s formulated to provide high surface activity, penetration, and detergency
