AeroShell Turbine Oil 555 is a 5 mm2/s synthetic hindered ester oil that is used for gas turbine engines, helicopter transmissions, and gearboxes. It is designed to meet the high temperatures and load carrying requirements of SST engines. It has a shelf life of 6 years from the date of manufacture.

AeroShell Oil W120 is an ashless dispersant oil specifically developed for aviation piston engines. It is the first non-ash dispersant oil to be used in aircraft piston engines. AeroShell Oil W120 is intended for use in four-stroke (four-cycle) certified reciprocating piston engines, including fuel injected and turbo charged engines. It combines non-metallic additives with selected high viscosity index base oils to give exceptional stability, dispersancy and anti-foaming performance.

Aeroshell Turbine Oil 560 is a third generation 5-centistoke synthetic hindered ester lubricating oil. It is designed for gas turbine engines and offers reduced coking, improved wear resistance, and all-round commercially viable performance for modern jet engines.

AeroShell 100 is an aviation piston engine oil that is designed to provide outstanding performance and protection for your aircraft engine. It is a straight mineral oil blended from selected high viscosity index base oils and does not contain any additives except for very small amounts of pour point depressant and an anti-oxidant. The pour point depressant helps to improve fluidity at very low temperatures. AeroShell 100 is primarily used during the break-in of most four-stroke cycle certificated aviation piston engines.

AeroShell Oil 80 is a straight mineral oil that is blended from selected high viscosity index base oils. It is used primarily for the break-in of most four-stroke cycle certificated aviation piston engines. AeroShell Oil 80 does not contain any additives except for very small amounts of pour point depressant and an anti-oxidant.

AeroShell Oil W100 is a mineral ashless dispersant oil for aircraft piston engines. It was the first non-ash dispersant oil to be used in aircraft piston engines. It combines non-metallic additives with selected high viscosity index base stocks to give exceptional stability, dispersancy and anti-foaming performance. AeroShell Oil W100 is a premium ash-less dispersant lubricating oil for 4-Stroke cycle certificated aircraft piston engines.

AeroShell Oil W80 is a premium ash-less dispersant lubricating oil for 4-Stroke cycle certificated aircraft piston engines. It combines non-metallic additives with selected high viscosity index base oils to give exceptional stability, dispersancy and anti-foaming performance. AeroShell Oil W80 is recommended for cold climate regions (-17 – 21°C).

AeroShell W 15W-50 is a semi-synthetic multi-grade oil that is used in certified four-stroke aircraft piston engines. It is a blend of high-quality mineral oil and more than 50% synthetic hydrocarbon base stock, and the ashless dispersant additive system used in other AeroShell W series oils. AeroShell W 15W-50 is a premium semi-synthetic ash less dispersant oil specifically developed for aviation piston engines.

AeroShell W80 Plus is a single grade oil that is designed for use in colder climates. It is a lighter oil that contains anti-wear and anti-corrosion additives. AeroShell W80 Plus is designed for pilots who fly in cooler weather or less frequently.

AeroShell Oil W100 Plus is an aviation oil that is designed to protect against rust and corrosion of engine parts. It is a single grade oil that combines ashless dispersant technology with anti-wear additives. AeroShell Oil W100 Plus is resistant to high temperatures and has an ashless formulation that reduces harmful deposits in aircraft combustion chambers. It also has improved anti-wear characteristics, particularly at engine start-up.
